Fear: do I dare break away from a ready-made model?
When you’re used to operating inside another provider’s system and app, stepping away feels big: what will it mean for your day-to-day work, your income, and how you serve your clients?
Matleena coached in a model where she earned commission from her own sales, but not all revenue stayed with her. That sparked a desire to find a more independent way to build her work.
I was a coach with another service provider and there I was using their system and their app. It worked in a slightly different model where I received a commission from my own sales, but not all of the earnings came to me.
Reality: MP Wellness enabled her own approach
Through MP Wellness Oy, Matleena can bring her own vision to life: she runs women’s group coaching with a focus on recipes, lifestyle changes, and holistic well-being.
I am Matleena Pulkkinen. I am a wellness coach and the owner of MP Wellness Oy, through which I conduct group coaching for women. My focus is particularly on recipes, lifestyle changes, and general well-being.
The switch wasn’t just a technical change—it was a step toward a more personal, more tailored way to serve clients.
Outcome: a more independent way to coach and develop the service
At the heart of Matleena’s story is independence and a clearer method: coaching is built in her way and focused on what her clients need.
Through MP Wellness Oy, Matleena runs women’s group coaching in her own way.
Behind it was an experience of a commission model where income from her own sales didn’t fully accumulate for the coach.
The coaching emphasis is on recipes, lifestyle changes, and overall well-being.
The move to MP Wellness made it possible to shape and develop the service to clients’ needs—her way.
