See all questions- Does Trainda take a cut of what my clients pay me?
- No. Trainda takes no sales commission and adds no percentage of its own to your clients' payments. Payments go to a Stripe account that you own. Stripe's own processing fees you pay directly to Stripe.
- Can I use Trainda for free?
- Yes. Trainda's Free plan costs €0 a month and includes 1 client, with every coaching feature: training and nutrition programs, check-ins, messages and community. When you need more clients, move to Pro10, Pro30 or Growth.
- What do Trainda's plans cost, and what does an extra client cost?
- Pro10 (€29/month) includes 10 clients, Pro30 (€65/month) includes 30 and Growth (€139/month) includes 50. You can coach more than that: each extra client costs €10/month on Pro10, €8/month on Pro30 and €6/month on Growth. Billed yearly, Pro10 is €24.92/month (€299 a year), Pro30 €54.92/month (€659) and Growth €108.25/month (€1,299), saving €49, €121 and €369 a year against monthly billing. Extra clients are billed monthly at the same price on yearly billing too. If you cancel yearly billing, your plan runs to the end of the paid year. You pick monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe. Trainda's prices exclude VAT.
- What does Trainda cost a month with 30 clients who pay me through Stripe?
- €85 a month plus VAT: the Pro30 plan is €65/month and Stripe payments are €20/month. There is also a one-time €50 opening fee for Stripe payments. Extra coaches cost nothing, and Trainda takes no commission on your sales. Each client beyond 30 costs €8/month.
- Does Trainda give notice before raising prices?
- Yes. Trainda announces any price increase at least three months before it takes effect, so you have time to plan.
- What does it cost to take client payments through Stripe?
- On Trainda's Pro10 and Pro30 plans, Stripe payments are a paid add-on at €20/month plus a €50 one-time opening fee. On Growth, Stripe payments are included in the plan, with a €179 one-time opening fee. Stripe payments are optional: you can use Trainda without them and bill your clients any way you like.
- Do I pay extra for every coach on my team?
- No. On every paid Trainda plan you can add coaches to your account at no extra charge.
- Can I put my own brand on the client app?
- Yes, from the Growth plan up. On Trainda Growth, clients see your logo and colours when they join your coaching. On Enterprise, you get apps under your own name in the App Store and Google Play, plus a web app.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- When the 1-month free trial of Trainda Pro10 or Pro30 ends, billing starts automatically. If you don't want to continue, cancel or move to the Free plan before the trial ends.
